About Thelma
Thelma White is an experienced Business Wellness Coach with a strong background in organisational wellbeing, leadership, program management, and community welfare services. She supports business owners and their employees in achieving mental and emotional well-being while navigating the challenges of running a business. Thelma understands the challenges of running a small business in regional and rural Australia as well as overseas.
With extensive management experience in the Human and Community services sector, Thelma brings a wealth of knowledge in capacity building, strategic management, crisis intervention, family support services, and mental health support facilitation. She employs a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help individuals and teams build resilience and develop practical strategies for well-being.
Thelma holds a Bachelor of Social Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health. Her expertise in holistic leadership and effective communication ensures her clients receive the guidance and support they need to thrive.

Support for disaster impacted small business - TC Jasper
Dedicated support is available for North Queensland small businesses in defined disaster areas that experienced direct or indirect disaster impacts from Tropical Cyclone Jasper and associated flooding from 13 to 28 December 2023, to re-establish operations, maintain employment, and become more resilient for future disaster events.
The program provides additional small business wellness coaches and financial counsellors in impacted areas.
