About Susan

Susan has been with RFCSNQ since 2020. She enjoys supporting clients to develop resilience, identify strengths and implementing practical supports for improving and maintaining mental wellbeing.

Susan is a provisionally registered Psychologist and holds degrees in both commerce and psychology. She has a strong understanding of the regulatory framework in which small businesses operate and understands the pressures faced by small business owners. Susan has received additional training in mediation, coaching, management and mental health first aid.
