Lynette joined the RFCNQ team in 2016 after working for more than 15 years in the Banking and Finance industry gaining specialised experience assisting clients manage credit and risk.
She has worked extensively with rural clients across the diverse agricultural sectors of the Atherton Tablelands, Cape York Peninsula, and the Northern Gulf Regions.
Lynette has extensive experience assisting producers understand their business and identify options and strategies to improve their financial performance. Her passion is helping agricultural businesses and families achieve their financial and personal goals and providing advocacy and support for clients experiencing financial difficulty. Lynette holds a Bachelor of Business and Diploma of Financial Counselling (Rural).
Operators will benefit from contacting Lynette to help identify ways to become self-reliant in business and to better manage change and adjustment.
Lynette can work with you to develop options and support you during the decision making process. Lynette will service the Atherton region and also right across the Gulf region, in conjunction with her RFC colleagues. No part of North Queensland goes without a dedicated RFC to travel to and meet with clients.
